  • We ask that you bring your photo ID or driver’s license, insurance card, a list of current medications, and a method of payment. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

  • The majority of patients prefer a private and convenient surgical procedure. All our surgeries and procedures are performed under local anesthesia in our office. Our procedure room is a safe and sterile surgery suite offering patients a more comfortable than a hospital or outpatient surgery center.
